It is important that all staff with caretaking and cleaning responsibilities are properly trained and motivated within their professional role and duties.
All staff receive a formal site induction to include COSHH and manual handling training as a minimum.
All our sites receive Quality Checks on a regular basis by a regional manager.
Any issues are logged on our systems and reported back to our clients to allow clear and regular feedback.
